My friend R.C. managed to fill a 10,000 sq ft warehouse with good art. He has been hiding out in his studio for months and months on end and the result is really beautiful. I purchased a few pieces and traded a hand printed poster for a case of beer.
he also told me to park inside when I asked him where the best place for me to stash my motorcycle was . . . which gives us this silly picture. The copper looks good, but the patina isn’t working out as well as I’d hoped. The trick is timing. Once the paint drys it takes a bit longer to age. If it’s too wet – nothing happens at all. I’ve got a lot of paint left, so I’ll try again before it’s all said and done.
